DocMgt has been a great asset in the management of our HAF Program. DocMgt was able to provide us with a solution to keep our applications and other documents organized and provide an online application to keep paperwork to a minimum. Our entire workflow is done through DocMgt. Our documents are all in one place, including case notes. So, when questions arise from an applicant, we can answer them quickly and effectively.

We are using DocMgt to help simplify and streamline the TFA approval process. Case Managers now request SSVF TFA’s through DocMgt. Those TFA’s are routed through DocMgt to their Supervisors, then to Fiscal and finally to their Executive Director for approval. We plan to expand DocMgt to help simplify and streamline intakes and recertifications.
